Handvela is available to pre-order with worldwide delivery. Here is exactly how ordering, payment, shipping, and returns work.

Pre-order & when you're charged

Placing a pre-order reserves your tube at $24. You are not charged today. When your order is ready to ship, we email you a secure payment link to complete the purchase, and only then is your card charged. You can cancel any time before it ships, at no cost.

Free worldwide shipping

Every Handvela pre-order ships free, worldwide — no minimum, no threshold. The estimated delivery time for your country is shown before you confirm payment on the link we send.

When it ships

Orders ship in the order they're placed, and you'll get tracking by email the moment yours is on its way. We tell you the current dispatch window before you pay — no hype, no fake countdowns, and no dates we can't keep.

Returns

Once your order has shipped, if it arrives damaged or isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Handvela is a cosmetic hand cream — patch-test before first use if you have sensitive skin, and stop use if you react.
