This reflects the target brief, not final label order; the dry-down fluid and other details may change during development.
The Fragrance-free target has no added fragrance or masking scent. Original is planned to add a light fragrance; the final Parfum and allergen declaration and any certification are not confirmed here. Unscented is not necessarily fragrance-free. The target does not use petrolatum, lanolin, mineral oil, waxes or butters as its base. Is this the final Handvela INCI?
No. This is an intended formula with target 1% ectoin. Final ingredient order, formulation, preservation and variant fragrance details must be confirmed against the manufactured product.
Does dimethicone make Handvela screen-safe?
No such conclusion follows from the ingredient list. Dimethicone can condition skin and help reduce water loss, but finished-product transfer and device compatibility need their own evidence.
Does the preservative system guarantee safety?
No. Phenoxyethanol with ethylhexylglycerin is proposed, but stability, preservation, microbiology and safety assessment of the finished product are still required.
