Handvela is a small, independent hand-care brand. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the details we ask for and how to reach us.

What we collect

When you place a quick pre-order we collect your email address; when you complete the full pre-order form we also collect your name, shipping address, and quantity so we can fulfil and contact you about your order. We record which page you submitted from so we understand where interest comes from. We ask for no health information, and we do not collect or charge any payment details on this site — payment happens later, on a secure link, only when your order ships.

Why we collect it

Only to let you pre-order Handvela and to contact you about that order (including the secure payment link when it ships). We do not sell your data, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.

How it's stored & removing it

Your details are stored securely in our database (hosted by Supabase). To update or delete your pre-order and data, email [email protected] and we'll remove it.
